Stay here and get your retro vibes on! This deluxe one bedroom suite boasts a record player, dart board and old timey goodness. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy the sounds of water and as you sit by the pond right outside your door.
The Space
This cute and cozy home is within walking distance to Arcata's Plaza with local shops and amazing restaurants, Om Shala Yoga studio, and Redwood Curtain Brewery. Humboldt State University is just a quick bike or 2 minute drive away, and the Ma'leil Dunes are a fantastic adventure that's just down the road on Samoa Boulevard. The Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary is less than a five minute walk down the road.
Guest Access
Enter the private courtyard through a coded gate. Unit #6 is on the east side of the property (walk straight through the courtyard). Guests have access to everything inside this unit, along with use of our bistro tables, and benches throughout the luscious courtyard. Please use the space, that's what its there for!
Other things to note
Our parking lot is secured behind an automatic gate and remotes are available for your use. It is a small parking lot and requires mindfulness to navigate. We have installed various safety features, but please park at your own risk.
Humboldt County requires a 12% short-term occupancy/bed tax (required from all hotels and vacation rentals in Humboldt Co.).
All of our units are NO SMOKING and guests will be charged $250 if evidence of cigarette smoking is found in the unit.
